Riverdale High School (Georgia)

Riverdale High School is located on Roberts Drive in Riverdale, Georgia, its interim principal is Dr. Terry Young.
The school first opened in 1978 with a few unfinished projects to complete the construction of the school.
The school's mascot, which is a pirate, giving the name "Riverdale Raiders" as the name for students, athletes, and the faculty working there. The flag with an "R" being supported by a pirate's sword is the school's logo. The school motto is: "Teamwork makes the dream work. In all you do, do it with Dignity, Character, & Class!".
R&B singer, Ciara Harris, who graduated from Riverdale High School in 2003, revisited to receive a key to the city of Riverdale on October 19, 2006, in honor of her success and the inspiration she sets for other goal-led students.
