Riva Celso is a designer of independent shareware games since 2003. Among his creations we can find many sports games and roleplaying games like Magic Stones.

[edit] Life and game design career
Riva Celso is Italian and started his career as game designer at the age of 20. After a few smaller games for italian national market only, he moved away from the videogame business for 7 long years. In 2003 though, he discovered the shareware distribution model, and decided to try it, making his first shareware game, the Sports management video game called Universal Soccer Manager using BlitzBasic. Since then, he moved to C/C++ language and published 9 more games under his company label called "Winter Wolves" and has announced his 10th title, the space wargame called Supernova 2: Spacewar to be released in 2008.

In 2004, both his games The Goalkeeper and Universal Boxing Manager were nominated among the 5 top Sports Games of the Year [1] by the online magazine Gametunnel.
