The Ritz-Carlton Toronto is a hotel and residential skyscraper under construction[2] in Toronto, Canada.

It will be located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, the address being 181 Wellington Street West. Construction began in 2007 and should be completed in 2009.

The 53-story Ritz-Carlton will be approximately 208 m (683,7 ft)[3] tall along with a total floor area of 65,030 m². The exterior will consist of a post-modern glass facade. The interior will include 267 hotel rooms as well as 135 condominiums.

The skyscraper will include a 2100 m² (23,000 sq. ft.) spa.[4]

Penthouse will be $11 million. Suite prices start at $700,000 to over $8 million.
