Rita Celli

Rita Celli (born Sudbury, Ontario) is a Canadian journalist and radio presenter. Celli graduated with high honours in journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with a minor in Classics in 1991.

On August 24, 2006, CBC announced she would host Ontario Today, CBC Radio's regional noon-hour program in Ontario, and she still holds that role currently.

Prior to that, Celli had been the anchor of the supper-hour Canada Now newscast on CBOT in Ottawa.

Celli is a two-time award winner with the Canadian Association of Journalists and is a recipient of a Gabriel award.
