Rita Nikolayevna Achkina (Russian: Ри́та Никола́евна А́чкина; born in 1938 in Mogilev) was a Soviet cross country skier who competed during the 1960s. Achkina trained at the Armed Forces sports society in Moscow. She won a bronze medal in the 3x5 km at the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble.
Achkina also won two medals at the 1966 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships with a gold in the 3x5 km and a bronze in the 5 km event.
