We also need a merger with Aadinatha. --Qmwne235 00:14, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

When was this guy born? Can we have some biographical info? 24.18.146.152 01:30, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

Unfortunately, there is no historical evidence of Rushabhdev's existence; he is, for the moment, a purely religious figure, although we Jains do believe he did exist. --Qmwne235 00:14, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Dates completely wrong!

Firstly, its Rsabha (Source: The Jains, 2nd Ed. Paul Dundas). Secondly, what are your sources for these dates. Rsabhadeva was born 3000 years BCE? Rsabha lived billions of years ago but more aptly an amount of time so far back that it is difficult to convey in words. Yes this conflicts with Science but this is the truth of Jainism.

Sources: Dhirubhai Pundit (Teacher of the Saddhus) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avsarpini (Your own article here states that Nami Natch was liberated 500,000 years ago [or is it 5,000? Regardless these times are not correct]).
