RiskyProject is an advanced project management software with integrated risk analysis. Project managers use RiskyProject for planning, scheduling, quantitative risk analysis, and performance measurement of projects with multiple risks and uncertainties. RiskyProject determines which parameters will have the most effect on the project: duration, cost, and finish time with and without risks, crucial tasks, critical risks, and success rate. RiskyProject helps to optimize the course of the project: track project performance and risk together and analyze the affect of mitigation efforts.

RiskyProject workflow includes the following steps:

  • Create a project schedule or import it from Microsoft Project, Primavera, FastTrack, Project KickStart, MindManager, or other project management application.
  • Create a risk breakdown structure and assign risks to tasks and resources.
  • Perform quantitative risk analysis using Event chain methodology.
  • Analyze results: compare main project parameters with and without risks, identify crucial tasks, critical risks, project success rate, calculate chance.
  • Track project performance with risks and uncertainties.
