Rise to Power is the first compilation album (second album overall) by Miami rapper Rick Ross.[1] The album was released on September 18, 2007.[2]

The album is not intended as a follow-up to Port of Miami, but a collection of unreleased material that Ross recorded while at Suave House, before signing to Slip-n-Slide/Def Jam. Therefore, it hasn't received the promotional push that his previous album did.
