RioCan Centre Kingston is a 753,984 sq. ft regional big box shopping centre at the corner of Gardiners Rd. and Taylor-Kidd Blvd located in Kingston, Ontario. Construction began in November 1998 with The Home Depot, and continued until the completion of phase one in 2003. In Spring 2005, RioCan acquired the former Nortel land next to the centre and finished construction of phase 2 in summer 2007. With its current size, RioCan Centre has now become the dominant retail location in Southeastern Ontario.
