Rini Coolen (born February 10, 1967 in Arnhem, Gelderland) is a former football defender from the Netherlands, who played for Go Ahead Eagles, Heracles Almelo, De Graafschap and AZ Alkmaar. He retired in 1995, and soon afterwards became a football manager, who worked for Heracles Almelo, FC Twente, and currently AGOVV Apeldoorn. He was sacked at FC Twente on February 1, 2006.
