Ringvassøya (Ráneš in Sami language) is a large island in Troms county, Norway. With 656 square kilometers (253 sq mi) it is the sixth largest island in mainland Norway. It is divided between the municipalities of Tromsø and Karlsøy. The island's highest point, Soltindan, is at 1,051 meters (3,450 ft) above sea level, and the 10-kilometer (6 mi) long Skogsfjordvatnet is the largest lake on an island in Norway.
