The ringstraked guitarfish (Rhinobatos hynnicephalus) is a species of fish in the Rhinobatidae family. It is found in China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are open seas, shallow seas, coral reefs, and estuarine waters.
