Ringmer F.C. is a football club based in Ringmer, East Sussex, England. They were established in 1905 and joined the Sussex County League Division Two in 1963. In the 1970-71 season, they reached the 1st round of the FA Cup, the first village club side to reach that stage[citation needed]. For the 2007-08 season, they are members of Sussex County League Division One.
The club's ground is the Caburn Ground (or simply "the Caburn").
Herve King, a 27-year-old player for Ringmer, died on the pitch during a match against Three Bridges F.C. on Saturday 16 February 2008.[1]
