Ringer Hut

Ringer Hut is a Japanese chain of fast-food restaurants, specialising in Nagasaki dishes Champon and Sara udon. The chain was named after Frederick Ringer, a British merchant who made great contributions to trade and industrial promotion in Nagasaki during the late 19th to early 20th century.
