Ring der Delphine is an album by the German cross-cultural new age band Cusco. It was released originally in 1989, and is currently available under the Prudence label.
Three of the tracks were later reworked for the 1990 release Water Stories on Higher Octave Music. Specifically, Die Wasser von Cesme appeared as Waters of Cesme with the very end section shortened slightly, Jebel at Tarik appeared as Djebel at Tarik with the very beginning section removed, and Bur Said appeared but with a long section at the end removed. This entire album was re-recorded in 1996 and released under the Higher Octave label as Ring of the Dolphin. The titles in the new release are in English, and all tracks are complete in length but sound slightly different due to the re-mixing done for that release.
