Ring Power is a privately held corporation headquartered in St. Augustine, Florida at the World Commerce Center. The company was founded in 1961 by L.C. "Ring" Ringhaver, in St. Augustine, Florida as a Caterpillar engine dealer. The following year, they became a full line dealer and moved to Jacksonville. For more than 40 years, RING POWER has been the world leader in pre-owned Caterpillar equipment. Today, the RING POWER group of Companies is one of the largest and oldest CAT factory distributors in the world. [2] The port facilities in Jacksonville and Miami allow the company to export equipment almost anywhere in the world. Ring Power has over 2000 employees at branches in 18 cities throughout north and central Florida where customers can purchase, lease or rent new & used Caterpillar industrial equipment. Ring Power also handles machines made by Kalmar, Trail King, Multiquip, Manitowoc, Grove, Gradall, National Crane, Rosco, Gomaco and others. Ring Power's parent company is RPC, Inc.
