泉佐野市りんくう往来北のりんくうゲートタワービル。1996年8月竣工。地上56階、地下2階。高さは大阪ワールドトレードセンタービルディングと並ぶ256mで、横浜ランドマークタワーに次ぐ日本第2位。設計は日建設計と安井建築設計事務所からなる共同企業体。施工は大林組、竹中工務店、鹿島建設、シャール・アソシエイツ（現 ボヴィス・レンドリース）、奥村組、鴻池組、戸田建設、長谷工コーポレーション、淺沼組、村本建設、大末建設、森本組、南海辰村建設からなる共同企業体。関西国際空港の開港を機に整備されたりんくうタウンのランドマーク。第4回「大阪・心ふれあうまちづくり賞」知事特別賞（1997年度）を受賞。りんくうエルガビルのペデストリアンデッキ上から北西方向へ撮影。
