[edit] Mars versus the rest

Rilles or channels on Mars could have been caused by flows of water (as there are obvious signs of water erosion around some of the craters). Additionally, the Mars Rovers have found hints of past water flows and possible sedimentary (deposit) rocks. However, the rilles present on other planets and moons are not linked to water erosion; different processes could be responsible for them. I think there is no scientific consensus about a common cause across the Solar System. Hugo Dufort 22:19, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
