Riley O'Neill (born September 9, 1985 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian soccer player who currently plays for German Oberliga side SV Wilhelmshaven. His position is striker. His rights are also held by Toronto FC in Major League Soccer
He was drafted 10th overall by the Vancouver Whitecaps in the 2007 USL First Division College Draft. He was also drafted 36th overall in the 2007 MLS Supplemental Draft by the Colorado Rapids. His rights were later traded to Toronto FC for American striker Conor Casey.
O'Neill was a member of the 2005 Canadian Men's U-20 team that went to the World Youth Championships in the Netherlands.
