  • First, it needs to have a section called Source or reference and a notes/footnotes section in order to show what has been used in the article and what is purely external link that can only complement the article.
  • Have a clear lead section that summarizes the article in 2-3 paragraphs.
  • What now serves as the lead section should be in a stand-alone section.
  • The embedded HTML links should become footnotes.
  • The image Image:Alpizar.jpg needs to state its rationale on the image page.
  • The prose needs to become better to get a better grade than B-class.
    The plane parked at the gate and passengers disembarked to be processed by customs and immigration officials for example.
  • There should be a merger of the Shooting & Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office report sections in order to show claims from both sides.
