Rigoberto Beltrán (born November 13, 1969, in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico) was a Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher. He is an alumnus of the University of Wyoming.
Drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 26th round of the 1991 MLB amateur draft, Beltrán would make his Major League Baseball debut with the St. Louis Cardinals on June 2, 1997. His final game came on April 28, 2004, as a member of the Montreal Expos.
