Riggs Park

Riggs Park, also known as Lamond-Riggs is a residential neighborhood in Northeast Washington, D.C. It is bounded by Galloway Street NE to the south, Eastern Avenue to the east, South Dakota Avenue to the west, and Riggs Road to the north.
It is a middle class, predominantly African-American neighborhood with tree-lined streets.
