Rigby Fawkes

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rigby Fawkes is a Little Rock, Arkansas progressive rock band with many musical influences formed in March 2005 (originally as Redefined) by Daniel Moody (keyboard, vocals), Kyle Heflin (guitar), Ed Cheek (bass guitar and trumpet), and Jordan Ryan (drums).[1]
The band's name references the Beatles' song Eleanor Rigby as well as British revolutionary Guy Fawkes.
The band recorded two albums, A Penny for the Old Guy and Your Head is Completely Gone (2007), before disbanding in the summer of 2007 when Daniel Moody moved to California and Ed Cheek moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas. The band released Your Head is Completely Gone for free online[2] shortly before breaking up. Daniel Moody is now pursuing a solo career, while Ed Cheek has formed a band at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, called Steady Eddy and the Funky Monkeys.
