[edit] Rift systems
An anon has added/modified material to make this article rift system. Seems that rift system would be a viable article, but the current article should retain its focus on simple geomorphic valleys formed by rifts. The details of complex rift systems seem a bit much for this article and deserve a dedicated article focussing on the tectonic processes. Comments? Vsmith (talk) 12:23, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- And to add to the mix, we already have Rift. I agree with your suggestion. Rift should be included in a more specific article, or renamed to Rift system.
- We also need consistency in citation format; as the footnote system was already in use, we should keep it, and provide page cites to sources. Kablammo (talk) 12:44, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- I created rift system as a redirect to rift. The way, the truth, and the light (talk) 16:21, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
