[edit] Early life

The son of a Jaffa fisherman, Turk, did not go to school very often and would hang out with friends by the Jaffa port. One day he was spotted by a scout of Hapoel Tel Aviv. This would change his life forever.[1].

[edit] Today

Turk is very big on the social problems that Jaffa youth are confronted with. He is a member of the Meretz party and has a son in the Hapoel Tel Aviv's youth system.[2]
