Rieneck is a town in the Main-Spessart district, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated in the Spessart hills, 12 km northeast of Lohr am Main, and 39 km northwest of Würzburg. Burg Rieneck, a castle owned by VCP, the German Scout Association, is situated in the hills above the town.
