Daily Telegraph redirects to the London paper. The other Telegraphs are low-circulation local papers. The Telegraph - the one published in India - has a circulation of over a million - 1.4 according to recent figures. That dwarfs the others, and is actually almost twice the London Telegraph as well. Changes were intentional > as per theManual of style; 'Headings provide an overview in the table of contents and allow readers to navigate through the text more easily'. The 'heading, sub-heading etc.' formatting overpowers the article overall; the articles info. is 'choppier', less fluidity when reading; table of contents becomes ineffectively large in relation to articles size. Subheadings are not needed/ information is adequately categorized by the main sectional divisions > > the boldface of text is not intended to signify 'sun-headings'. --FlanneryFamily (talk) 21:06, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
