I reverted your edit there because you'd copyedited a hoax. The user who just inserted it was this guy: Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of The UPN Vandal. He's been at that page before: Special:Contributions/172.162.236.224, Special:Contributions/209.247.21.109 (those are more obvious because he inserted his Winx vs Power Rangers hoax at the same time). He also pushes these hoaxes on other sites, and manages to get them picked up since so many sites just copy data. Its unclear whether there is any reliable reference to Tinkle's Revenge at all, and it is not on Warner Bros. summer release schedule. I'm also moving the entry in the lead, since I see you took it from a previous entry by the hoaxer [1] Bazzargh (talk) 14:25, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
phatfish
revert non band advert? what the hell. lead singer of the band has released a solo album, worked with the drummer of the band and will be performing concerts and live shows in connection with this album WITH phatfish. they are her live backing band, therefore it is PRETTY necessasry to include this on the phatfish article. its encyclopaediac info, its regarding the band phatfish, and their lead singer. ive reworded what ive put. dont go shitting on peoples articles thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by Design junkie (talk • contribs) 15:18, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
- Shurely this would be better on the lead singer's page since she has one? Note also that the first revision of this text did not even mention the band being involved, only two members of the band. Also:
- Please be civil
- It's not your article, my article, or anyone else's article, it's just an article, no-one owns it and everyone has equal rights to edit it as they see fit, preferably with agreement. Rich257 (talk) 07:53, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
well if you knew what you were talking about you would understand. phatfish comprises of four members, nathan and lou basically head the band and write all their songs, and when it is found that lou is debuting a second album, obviously phatfish fans are going toi be interested because it means more songwriting by the two main members. but the band as a whole are more like a family, and live events, even if they are titled lou fellingham, are backed by phatfish as they are professional musicians. so it is related, its not just a lou project, yes the album might be but events later this year and follow up promotion will include phatfish as i am arranging a concert in my city newcastle. im just trying to help wikipedia to become more accurate, and relating information. its a bit like a simpsons spin off, about homer, of course would be mentioned on the simpsons homepage. sorry if i didnt sound civil but if you look at the work i have done on that article you might understand that i know im only trying to help :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.31.70.230 (talk) 12:39, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- Certainly phrases like "dont go shitting on peoples articles" and "if you knew what you were talking about you" don't sound civil. Rich257 (talk) 14:44, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
well if youre upset, go and cry, but if youre a man just deal with it —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.31.70.230 (talk) 18:02, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
