Opportunity to Improve Wikipedia

Wikipedia is like a highway with speed limits, no highway patrol, and no traffic courts. With no enforcement, motorists will drive whatever speed they want to.

Wikipedia has an elaborate series of articles that explain its rules. They are continually being worked on with the intent of making them better. They even have a hierarchy.
