Rick Lambert (born July 28, 1983 in Loanhead,Midlothian) is a singer/songwriter currently working in Standard Life Assurance Limited.

Rick Lambert was born in Simpsons Memorial Hospital, Edinburgh, Scotland in 1983.

At 10 years old Rick started Line Dancing at his father's Country Music Club based in Loanhead where Rick still lives. After only 3 years of learning, Rick moved into teaching starting with a Beginners Class and soon moving on to teaching both Intermediate and Advanced Line Dances.

At 11 years old, Rick's aptitude for music became apparent. His parents encouraged him to pursue singing and acting opportunities. While still a primary school student, Rick received a scholarship to attend the reuptable Broughton High School in Edinburgh to study music. Rick's mother and father left the ultimate decision with him, as they never wished to push Rick into something his heart wasn't in. Despite loving music and appreciating the opportunity his Head Teacher had given him, Rick chose against accepting the scholarship and opted to join his friends with enrolling in Beeslack Community High School.

Forgoing college, Rick joined the band All Inclusive and performed throughout Edinburgh and the surrounding districts entertaining wedding goers and Social Club Members alike.
