I saw your note on your "Midimiliz.jpg" upload. Thanks for asking the question.
First answer, the usual way to shrink pictures here is to upload the highest-res version of the picture available, and then in the article itself use the "px" command to size the picture appropriately. You can pick any number you want for the horizontal number of pixels you want the server to size the picture. This makes it so if people want to see the highest res possible version of the pic, they just have to click it within the article. See the two pics to the right, and click "edit this page" above to see the "Image" tags I used.
Second point, though, we are not allowed to grab pictures from around the web and upload them here, unless (a) they are in the public domain (like photos taken before 1923); (b) they have been licensed under the GFDL (these are not commonly found); or (c) they fall into one of several narrow fair use categories. I will mark Midimiliz.jpg with the 'no license' tag, as the website you took it from doesn't state that the photo is PD or GFDL-licensed.
