• I was born in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and I grew up in Letchworth Garden City.
• I studied BSc Environment Economics & Ecology at the University of York.
• I am now reading Environment and Development at the University of Edinburgh.
• I'm a member of the Management Committee of People & Planet.
• I have a fear of owls.
• My Great Great Aunt was Lucy d'Abreu.
• I may be related to Richard Lemon Lander, but only by a pre-18th centry common ancestor.
• My mother is a Methodist and my father a Catholic, making me both.

• I am an ogre. I'd like to think I was a dragon and a gnome, but that'd be lies.
