I am a generalist who since 1987 has been working in the image licensing business, currently in the area of quality assurance. I have a master's degree in information systems (2007), a certificate in technical writing and editing (1996), and a bachelor's degree in broadcasting (1979). My contributions have been mostly brief and limited to pop culture: comedy, television, radio, music, advertising, etc. I initiated about a dozen articles that have since been expanded, most notably concerning the Firesign Theatre. I strive to emulate such masters of clarity as E. B. White and Isaac Asimov.
