Talk:Richard Riordan
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Was the child actually "brought to tears"? I see no evidence of this in any of the major news stories about the event - rather, they all seem to say she ignored Riordan's remark and restated her view that her name meant "goddess". In any case, Riordan said that the "hero of all this is Isis herself" - that she didn't take it too seriously, knew he was teasing her. Request to remove "brought to tears" from the writeup.
[edit] Hispanic?
Is Riordan really Hispanic? I can't find a reference to support that. Willmcw 04:20, 29 Nov 2004 (UTC)
