I note several articles of this sort are being created. Could someone please write in the article why they are notable? I am not from the native country of this play and have no way of knowing why this person is notable... Hence before I AFD, pls add notability to article. --~~

His notability is stated in the first sentence (and has been since the creation of the article): "Richard Petruska ... is a former National Basketball Association player." Nick81aku 20:54, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
