Current News on Arrest

Hi, I added some content on Mr. McIver's legal troubles with sourcing and NPOV, good addition of comments from his wife at the hearing. I have also included a cite to the original police report. This seems very notable (council member arrested for domestic violence with a couple nights in jail) especially given his own record of taking over the seat from another councilmember who resigned for domestic violence himself. Please do not just delete the news - if you find other sourced material, please include. If you just don't think it's newsworthy, lets discuss it here on the talk page.
