His IMDb listing is Richard Martin. This is his. This is his mother's. Maybe he changed his name when he grew up? I'll poke around and see if I can find anything that verifies the claim of "Cary" given on the Peggy Connelly page. Moonriddengirl 20:57, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Richard Martin is the son born to Dick Martin in 1956, Cary Martin is the son born to Dick Martin and Peggy Connelly in 1958. IMDB is incorrect on this aspect of their research into this family. I will ask my father for the name of Richards mother. (entered by Cary Martin, son of Dick Martin and Peggy Connelly)

Thanks. Strange as it might sound, we need a verifiable reference for that, otherwise editors are likely to change it to reflect what the reference we do have says. I wonder if your father knows of an article or something that confirms that. Moonriddengirl 12:37, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

I doubt there are any verifiable references as neither myself nor Richards mother are really in show business and have left no trace on the internet. I believe that Richards mother was a casino showgirl and dancer and my only work in the industry was as background on Deadwood for 2 seasons. The only reason my half brother Richard is linked to Peggy Connelly is due to the fact that they both have credits that are on the internet. In addition, my father did not marry Richards mother so there is no paper trail that might have been captured as showbiz history on the internet. (CM)
