This article is arguably more about the case than about the judge, so it should probably either be expanded or moved. I'll leave it up to ya'all. I'm leaving it as a stub until we figure out what to do with it, because it has almost nothing about him other than the one LGBT case. Dave 04:38, Mar 18, 2005 (UTC)

This article can be mainly about the same-sex marraige cases, but I did not believe that the LGBT stub should be included, especially at the top of the article; it sends a biased message about the man.
