Appropriate Infobox provided, changes in wording instituted, and Notability notice removed as criteria have been met. I have requested authorization for copyright release for photograph from website or for possible link and realease for another pic but no reply received. This article is largely unreferenced but I really just wonder how notable Richard Ballerand is. There is also the question of conflict of interest - the majority the edits seem to come from just a couple of users or IPs. These users and IPs have not made many edits to other pages.

I note that Calton raised these concerns on 6 July 2007 but these were subsequently removed by Chienloup on 14 July 2007. 163.1.223.197 18:04, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
