The prior article was a Candidates for speedy deletion candidate, A1: empty or lacking context. The article said only that Ayleward was a composer. That's a fact rather than an article, and it's below stub level. I deleted the article therefore. I then read the figure's biography in the DNB and the Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians and wrote a new article. The resulting article is superior, I have no doubt, but it is also not the same article that got the (incomprehensible) classifications, above. Geogre 21:01, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
