[edit] Removed the notability tag

I noticed that ~20 references and citations had been added to the article, and believe that meets the intent of the notability criteria. --Tom 13:37, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

    • Also since Mr. Russell is a Senior Executive in the U.S. Government, it would be nice to get his official photo from USDI and add it to the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Siriusfarm (talkcontribs) 13:39, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

DO NOT DELETE THIS PAGE!

I believe some Wikipedians may have felt the article's content had a promotional, biographical tone, rather than a encylopedic article. I attempted to help clean it up some to improve its chances of remaining. It would be good to have further editing and to insert references from published sources, if any, next to some of the information. Doing so will help ensure it meets Wikipedia guidelines.
