[edit] Glass noodles not rice vermicelli

A mistake in this article: "glass noodles" are not a synonym for rice vermicelli because they're not made of rice; they're made of mung beans. Glass noodles are actually cellophane noodles. Badagnani 08:39, 26 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Long rice

Apparently rice vermicelli are called "long rice" in Hawaii, where they're mixed with chicken for luau food. I wonder, does this come from the English translation of the Cantonese ? Badagnani 08:15, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thai dish?

Is there a Thai dish made with rice vermicelli? We don't have Thailand listed in the regional dishes section. Badagnani 23:56, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merge with Rice_Noodles

This article is practically the same as Rice_Noodles. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.190.253.149 (talk) 20:54, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
