Richard Alan Trlicek (born April 26, 1969, in Houston, Texas) was a Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher.
Drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 4th round of the 1987 MLB amateur draft, Trlicek would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Toronto Blue Jays on April 8, 1992, and appeared in his final game on June 11, 1997.
