Ricky Ahmad Subagja (born January 27, 1971) is a male badminton player from Indonesia. He was born in Bandung.

Subagja is a former world champion and current Olympic champion in the men's double with his partner Rexy Mainaky. Ricky and Rexy were among the best of the world in men's doubles badminton in the 1990s. They won the gold medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, U.S.. They won Badminton World Championship in Lausanne 1995 after defeated Denmark men's double J.H.Christensen/Thomas Lund.
