Ricky Brown (born December 27, 1983 in Cincinnati, Ohio) is an American football linebacker who plays for the National Football League Oakland Raiders.
An undrafted free agent, Brown made a nice impression with the team during training camp and made it to the Raiders' practice squad. He was put on the active roster before the Week 5 game against the San Francisco 49ers after injuries to Grant Irons, Kirk Morrison and Sam Williams (the first of which was season-ending) threatened the linebacking corps.
Brown played college football at Boston College, where he played Linebacker and Defensive End.
Brown was an exclusive rights free agent in 2008, but the Raiders resigned him.
