Ricky Barrett (born March 9, 1981 in Sacramento, California) is a Minor League Baseball pitcher in the Minnesota Twins organization. He was selected by the Minnesota Twins in the 7th round (212th overall) of the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft. He bats and throws left handed.

Barrett spent three years working his way up through rookie leagues and Class A. In 2005, he pitched most of the season for the Rochester Red Wings, the Twins AAA-affiliate, and has pitched there since. In 2006, he pitched in 27 games putting up a record of 5-1 and an ERA of 3.42. In 2007, Barrett pitched in 22 games, starting 1, going 2-1 with a 4.11 ERA.
