Rick Yancey

Rick Yancey is an American author and former Internal Revenue Service tax collector. Although he writes books for adults and young adults, he is best known for the Alfred Kropp series, which includes the novel The Extraordinary Adventures of Alfred Kropp, a book that received a starred review and was named a "Best Book for Children" by Publishers Weekly, and was a finalist for a Carnegie Medal.
