Rick Wozney

Richard Wayne Wozney (born January 6, 1945 in Boyle, Alberta, Canada) is the mayor of Kitimat, British Columbia. He is known for a failed lawsuit in which, on behalf of Kitimat, he sued Alcan to prevent them from selling locally-generated hydroelectric power to BC Hydro in order to preserve the power for a local smelter.[1]
