Rick Jarrard
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Rick Jarrard was a staff producer for RCA Records during the 1960s. Artists he worked with included Harry Nilsson, Stone Country, The Loading Zone and Jefferson Airplane. In the earlier part of that decade, Jarrard was a member of the Greenwood County Singers, a folk outfit that included brothers Carson and Van Dyke Parks. Speaking of Van Dyke Parks, Jarrard released his own version of "High Coin" on Chattahoochie Records. Jarrard again cut the tune for RCA and released it under the alias, The Fault Line.
