Rick Guttormson

Rick Lee Guttormson (リック・ガトームソン b. January 11, 1977, Torrance, California United States of America) is a starting pitcher for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks professional baseball club in Japanese Pacific League.
He became the first pitcher to throw a no-hitter in the history of interleague play in Japanese baseball as the Tokyo Yakult Swallows shut out the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles on May 25, 2006.
Guttormson was the first player to fail a drug test in Japanese baseball, when he was suspended for 20 days on August 1st, 2007. His team was also fined $63,000. A postgame test on July 13th, 2007 revealed he was positive for Finasteride, a hair growing agent that is illegal because it can be used as a masking agent.[1]
